Chloe {Logan Utah Infant Photographer}

As Latter-day Saints of the Church of Jesus Christ, also called Mormons, we bless our babies with a name soon after they are born. I had the privilege of photographing Chloe in her blessing dress. She was about three weeks old when I captured her and I was utterly amazed at how perfect her skin was. Most babies start to break out after two weeks but her skin was flawlessly beautiful.

I have watched these cute kids grow up for the last two years. They now have added another cute little boy and he looks just like his daddy. The two older children were SO cooperative and that's saying something about the little miss who's three years old. Their momma picked out the cutest color scheme. I just love how adorable the three of them look together. We ended the session solely taking pictures of little Zack who was a gem. Welcome to the world little guy!

 

Brooklyn {Logan Utah Newborn Photographer}

This little girl was my first session for 2013. It was a great way to start off the year. Her grandmother arranged the session as a gift to her parents. What a wonderful gift to give! I cannot think of a better and more important thing to do than take pictures of your brand new little one. I know for me, my children's newborn pictures are priceless.

This little guy is quite the fighter. Just a couple weeks after taking his pictures he was hospitalized for meningitis. Poor little guy, and poor momma. He was also quite the fighter at sleeping during his session. Once he did some "business" on my blanket he was all zzzz though.

Now that my little girl is almost four months old I am finally getting her images up on my website. My photography has taken a back seat these last few months. Learning how to juggle my time between work and being a stay-at-home-mommy has been tricky. With Spring approaching I hope to get back into the swing of things. I had a hard time choosing which images to display of my cute little girl, so you are privileged to view more than the average amount I usually share.

Back from Maternity Leave

C Family {Logan Utah Family Photographer}

This was my last outdoor photo session for the year. It's bitter sweet I'm not photographing anymore families this fall, next year I hope to make up for my maternity leave. My what a difference it is to photograph families with older kids compared to those with younger ones. These teens were very cooperative and even had fun ideas for different poses they wanted to do. With such easy models, I took a lot of pictures. Here's a few from their session.

Mac {Lewiston Utah Newborn Photographer}

Mac fought sleep at the beginning but once he tuckered out he was a great little model. He loved being cuddled up in the blankets. His Mom, who I took dance class with as a child, says he has already started a great eating and sleeping schedule. I was thrilled to see the props he brought along, which were a request by his Daddy. Teaching him young to be a Denver Broncos fan.

This family returned for their annual photos. They sported their Utah State Aggie pride this year! These kids know how to keep me on my toes and are very entertaining. The two oldest had a great time posing in front of the camera, while the youngest tried his best to run away from it. It was fun to photograph them and see the changes they've made since last year.
